1. A mixtures can be sepreated into constituents by the physical process. (like filtration, evaporation).
2. A mixtures shows the properties of its constituents.
3. A mixture, does not have a fixed melting point and boiling point.
4. The composition of a mixture is variable, a mixture does not have a defnite formula.
(★) Compound :-
1. A compound cannot be sepreated
into its constituents by physical process.
2. The properties of a compound are diffrent from those of its constituents.
3. A compound does have a fixed melting point and boiling point.
4. The composition of a compound is fixed, a compound has a definite formula.
